Pendidikan dasar membentuk dasar penting bagi individu dengan memberikan pemahaman awal dalam berbagai bidang seperti membaca, pengetahuan alam, sejarah, bahasa, dan matematika. Pendidikan dasar mengembangkan keterampilan intelektual anak-anak dan memberi mereka fondasi yang kuat. Pengetahuan dasar ini memungkinkan mereka memahami teks bacaan, menghargai sejarah, memahami konsep-konsep ilmu alam, dan memiliki keterampilan matematika yang mendasar. Selain sebagai landasan akademis, pendidikan dasar juga mempersiapkan siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi setelah menyelesaikan sekolah dasar. Fondasi pengetahuan ini sangat penting untuk mencapai cita-cita individu. Proses belajar mengajar yang efektif memerlukan peran guru, siswa, dan penyelenggara pendidikan, seperti kepala sekolah dan staf sekolah. Untuk memantau kemajuan pembelajaran, setiap sekolah wajib membuat laporan kegiatan berkala, seperti triwulan, semester, dan tahunan. Laporan ini mencakup evaluasi kondisi guru, siswa, sekolah, dan aspek lain yang relevan. Informasi ini berguna untuk mengidentifikasi area perbaikan dalam sistem pendidikan. Peningkatan pengetahuan siswa di pendidikan dasar berkontribusi besar pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia di masa depan, baik di bidang ilmu pengetahuan maupun teknologi yang terus berkembang. Of course this is not apart from the human resources that play a role in the educational unit as an educator. As a teacher of Christianity education must have adequate ability in teaching, both scientifically disciplined and spiritually the teacher. At the present time there are still many problems arising in the world of education in Indonesia. It is also not apart from the Primary Secondary School of Banjarbaru City specifically Christian education that exists in the City of banjarbaru. The results of a survey of 10 teachers of Christian education at Banjarbaru Primary High School as respondents showed that there are still Christian teachers in the city that do not have the professionalism in teaching based on the concept of Jesus' supremacy in John 13:12-20 and have not had the basic competence under Act No. 14 of 2005 scientifically. This research uses qualitative research with techniques in data collection through interviews, observations and documentation studies. The aim of this research is to find out how much the quality of PAK teachers in the first secondary school in Banjarbaru city, and what the impact of when a teacher has quality on PAK learning in the city of Banjerbaru. Di mana masih ada saja sikap-sikap intoleran yang<br />bertumbuh dalam kehidupan masyarakat majemuk. Karena itu, segala upaya<br />dilakukan untuk mencegah sikap-sikap diskriminatif dan intoleran khususnya<br />dalam masyarakat Indonesia yang mejemuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif<br />deskriptif biblika (hermeneutika) dan riset kajian pustaka (research library).<br />Berdasarkan hasil temuan melalui kajian teoretis menunjukkan bahwa makna<br />hukum kasih yang harus diterapkan berkaitan dengan toleransi beragama<br />adalah: Menerima yang berbeda etnis, budaya dan bangsa; Menerima yang<br />berbeda agama: sedangkan dalam falsafah sunda silih asih, silih asah, silih asuh<br />ditemukan nilai yang dapat menguatkan nilai toleransi beragama melalui:<br />Hidup saling mengasihi, Hidup gotong royong; serta Saling menghormati dan<br />mengayomi. It is in diversity that the positive values developed in social life arise. According to researchers' observations in the field of a church, unity among the congregation members is not well embedded. The church is dominated by a certain ethnicity. This condition creates problems in the spiritual life of adolescents, faced with the hours of worship, the church atmosphere that creates satiety, between them, so that it boosts the passive attitude among them to invite others to worshipping in the church.</em> <em>The study uses the Qualitative Research Method and the researchers titled the study, The Concept of the Unity of the Body of Christ Based on Ephesians 4:1-6 has a positive influence on the increase in the number of teenagers who come to worship. The concept of the unity of the body of Christ is an appropriate and effective way of guiding and building young people in a better direction so that young people can grow to the maturity of faith through the involvement of young children in the communion of worship in the church based on Ephesians 4:2. First, teenagers already have the basic knowledge of humility, gentleness and patience and learn to apply it in their lives. Secondly, adolescents understand what is understood as a form of unity: one body, one Spirit, one hope, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and one Father.</em> <em>Thirdly, the presence of teenagers in worship indicates an increase in quantity and begins to be involved in the restriction of spiritual service.
