Penginjilan adalah tugas penting yang wajib ditaati oleh setiap orang Kristen. Gerakan penginjilan yang menuai jiwa dan di muridkan akan menghasilkan multiplikasi jiwa dalam Gereja. Namun untuk mencapai suatu multiplikasi, pemimpin Gereja harus mentransformasikan terlebih dahulu para jemaat agar memahami dan melaksanakan Amanat Agung. Metodologi Penulisan Kualitatif (Qualitative Research Methodology), dengan fokus pada pendekatan indepth study atau analisis mendalam untuk memahami masalah secara subjektif. Artikel ini akan meneliti bagaimana model Kepemimpinan Transformasional oleh Bernard Bass dapat diterapkan dalam ruang lingkup Gereja, dan bagaimana model Kepemimpinan Transformasional dapat dikembangkan agar Kepemimpinan Multiplikasi dapat diimplementasikan dalam penginjilan. Hasil penelitian adalah Kepemimpinan Transformasional dapat dikembangkan dengan Kepemimpinan Multiplikasi dalam menjalankan program penginjilan.
