Multiplikasi kepemimpinan bagi suatu gereja lokal adalah sebuah keniscayaan, hal ini berkaitan erat dengan keberlanjutan gereja di dalam dunia ini. Namun di dalam proses kepemimpinan yang berkelanjutan itu, gereja juga menghadapi tantangan yang harus jadi faktor pertimbangan. Gereja harus dinilai bukan hanya sebagai organisme yang hidup, melainkan keberadaannya juga sebagai sebuah organisasi di tengah dunia ini. Mark Salisbury mengajukan sebuah penerapan kecerdasan organisasi yang berbasis teknologi digital dengan kecerdasan buatan. Tujuannya, agar sebuah organisasi dapat mengalami perubahan paradigma, yang memiliki pemimpin dan pekerja yang bijaksana. Kecerdasan organisasi yang diusulkan Mark Salisbury ini bisa menjadi sebuah saran yang bermanfaat bagi terjadinya multiplikasi kepemimpinan gereja lokal di era digital ini.
