Signifikansi kritik teks dalam kajian studi biblika merupakan aspek penting dalam upaya memahami otoritas Alkitab sebagai firman Allah. Didalamnya mengandung kajian biblika yang menuntun kepada upaya untuk memahami sejarah kritik teks dan menghantar pada pengenalan akan studi biblika secara komprehensif dan bertanggung jawab. Temuan para sarjana Alkitab berkaitan dengan kritik teks telah membuka cakrawala dalam dimensi keimanan Kristen sehingga mampu memberi penilaian atas rekomendasi teks Alkitab yang dianggap berotoritas. Artikel ini memakai metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, dimana penggunaan sejumlah literatus diharapkan mampu memberi penjelasan berkaitan dengan signifikansi kritik teks terhadap studi biblika.
