Mengoptimalkan Kepemimpinan Gembala Dengan Kualitas Pelayanan Gereja

Gereja memiliki peran penting dalam membimbing dan melayani jemaat, dan keberhasilannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas kepemimpinan gembala dan pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini mengekplorasi strategi untuk mengoptimalkan kepemimpinan gembala dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan gereja melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dari sampel jemaat. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan gembala yang transformasional secara signifikan memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan gereja. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kepemimpinan gembala yang berfokus pada pelayanan dan komunikasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang dinamika kepemimpinan dan pelayanan dalam konteks gereja.
