Abstrak

Abstrak: Dewasa ini banyak anak muda advent salah mengertiakan tentang keilahian Roh Kudus. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini, ialah untuk menganalisis pemaknaan keilahian Roh Kudus dari sudut pandang anak muda berdasarkan Yohanes 14:16. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature yaitu kajian analisis deskripsi yang didasarkan kepada Historical Grammatical Method dengan mengutamakan prisnsip Sola Skriptura, yang berarti Alkitab menginterpretasi dirinya sendiri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa banyak dari anak muda yang meragukan keilahian Roh Kudus sebagai Allah. Dengan meragukan keilahian Roh Kudus, anak muda semakin kurang aktif mengikuti kebaktian. Dan hati mereka menyimpang dari kebenaran Kristus. Kesalahan anak muda meragukan keilahian Roh Kudus, disebabkan kuranya pemahaman mereka mengenai Roh Kudus adalah perwakilan Kristus di bumi. Roh Kudus, Kekal, Mahatahu, Mahakuasa dan Mahahadir, sehingga Roh Kudus memenuhi kita dengan kuasa untuk hidup sejalan dengan kehendak Kristus.
